Q2: How long do you need to tune my car?
A: After you do an appointment with your local sales partner we need approx. maximal 2 hours to tune your car.

A: Purchasing IC-CHIPTUNING® performance software you got: Money back satisfaction guarantee; lifetime update guarantee; faultless performance software guarantee and undetectable by scan tools guarantee.

Q7: My car has already a mechanical engine upgrade; can you write me performance software for my car?
A: Yes, we are able to write a new performance software for almost supercharger-, turbo kits and also bigger turbochargers. Please contact one of our sales partners for more details.
Q8: Is the fuel consumption higher using IC-CHIPTUNING?
A: No, the fuel economy is also improved in every IC-CHIPTUNING® performance software. We can reach a less fuel consumption in the TDI-PD engines from -0,6l in 100km and 0,4l in 100km for NA engines. Of course these specifications can vary depending of the expectations you have from our performance software.
Q9: I don’t find any local sales partner in my country; can I send you the ECU for improvement?
A: Yes, if we don’t have any local dealer in your place you can also send your cars ECU to the next dealer.
Q10: My car is not listed in your applications; can you offer a performance software for it?
A: We do have tested nearly all cars in the last 13 years, of course, there are some cars depending of the country using other name then in Switzerland. Please send us your cars details like Manufacturer, engine code, capacity and hp. We will answer you the details as soon as possible.
Q11: What kind of tires do I need after a IC-CHIPTUNING performance software?
A: Well, depending of what car you drive, you will need to look the tires speed indexes. Please contact your local sales partner for more information's.
